Capacity
Building
Building Thriving Communities through Meaningful Work & Wealth.
Thriving Together NCW knows that having access to fulfilling jobs and careers is an important vital condition needed to create thriving communities.
Each year, we host and sponsor webinars, workshops, and skill-based trainings in an effort to support our partners on their professional journeys and to build adaptive communities. By continuing to provide capacity building resources we can ensure our partners are well equipped to achieve and sustain their objectives.

Don’t forget to check out the current training opportunities being offered by our partners at the Non-Profit Practices Institute!
The Nonprofit Practices Institute (NPI) was created in partnership between the Community Foundation of NCW and the Icicle Fund to bring professional training and continued education opportunities to North Central Washington.
NPI focuses on assisting local nonprofit organizations in their capacity building efforts by hosting a variety of workshops, seminars, and networking opportunities each year, tailored specifically to the needs of our region.
