NCACH submits Implementation Plan to the Health Care Authority

October 31, 2018North Central Accountable Community of Health recently submitted its Project Implementation Plan to the Washington State Health Care Authority on October 1st. These plans provide details on how ACHs will implement transformation activities in their regions. See North Central Accountable Community of Health's Implementation Plan here.As part of the Healthier Washington Medicaid Transformation, ACHs submit reports to provide updates on transformation activities, project implementation, and to show progress on required milestones. These reporting requirements are outlined in the Healthier Washington Medicaid Transformation Project Toolkit.Each ACH's implementation plan will be reviewed by the state’s Independent Assessor to determine milestone achievement and incentives, and ensure ACHs are on track for success. The assessment will last through December 2018. Approved semi-annual reports and submitted implementation plans can be found on the ACH submitted documents page.The Healthier Washington Medicaid Transformation is a partnership between Washington State and the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
